Settings to be sure of:

Host(s) should start getting set up 20-30 minutes prior to the meeting starting.

Before Starting Meeting

    Waiting Room Off

    Chat On

    Private Chat Off

    Co-host On

    Screen sharing On

      Host Only On

   Allow participants to rename themselves On

Breakout Rooms On

First Thing after meeting starts

Make Breakout rooms

  Be sure to click "Options" and "Allow Participants to Choose Room"

  Name the rooms as follows:

    Relief Society

    Young Women

    Elders' Quorum

    Young Men

    Youth Sunday School

    Gospel Doctrine

Make all members of the bishopric co-hosts

Try to get teachers to join a minimum of 5 minutes early so we can make them co-host

It would be really helpful to know who is teaching each week so we can reach out when they have not joined early.
